Vintage Illig skirt!Black with two layers of ruffles and round silver studs around the top of each ruffle.Double line of studs around the waistband.Double button closure at the left side--there used to be a zipper, but it broke, so I removed it. I added safety pins to help close it, but using just the buttons works too.Aside from the missing zipper, great condition!Size XL, hips have some stretch, but there's no stretch on the waist.Happy to answer any questions!🥰
